Irresistibly located on the eastern side of Bermuda, Rosewood have created a world of their own. Set amongst glorious sandy beaches and a dramatic golf course, it overlooks the calming Castle Harbour. We have brought a flair of European tradition and decadence in our design to the clubhouse’s Sul Verde restaurant, the attached bar and signature restaurant; the Island Brasserie and redesigning Tucker’s Bar.
Centrally located with spectacular views across the Tuckers Point Golf Course, the Sul Verde provides a refined, light, southern Italian spirit in a socially open space. A grand white marble fireplace draws your eye into the middle of the room. Large green, leather-bound banquettes hold court, illuminated with elegant brass detailed lighting. The restaurant’s terrace delivers unrivalled views out to sea, with sumptuous rattan chairs and grey cushion support to rest with comfort. The accompanying bar, located next door, inspired by Bermuda’s cultural heritage, through the colonial era, combines rich colours of blue, green and roasted orange velvet and leather seating. Silver-grey full-length curtains support the expansive windows combining a sense of tradition throughout the space, for you to wind away your evening over a cut glass cocktail.
Walking into the Island Brasserie you’ll feel inspired through a sense of Bermuda’s maritime pride, with eminent leather banquettes in a dark ocean blue and white marble table tops. Brass framed, art deco light shades, suspend effortlessly from the ceiling, uniting an environment of radiant splendour.
